StarFest

Thousands participate every year during an annual celebration in lieu of trick or treating. There will be games, music, food and drink. All games and rides are free. Hosted by community volunteers and the Keene Police Department and Keene Fire-Rescue. Located at the Fire/Police Department at 203 W Hillcrest.
